Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for choosing 1 Last Try (www.1lasttry.in). We are committed to delivering your herbal beauty and healthcare essentials in the safest and fastest way possible.

1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (such as during a sale), shipments may be delayed by a few days. We appreciate your patience.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: Typically takes 5–7 business days for delivery across India.

  • Express Shipping: (If available) Typically takes 2–4 business days.

  • Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to logistics issues or extreme weather conditions.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes within India.

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a complete physical address with a landmark for smooth delivery.

5. Non-Cancellable Nature of Shipped Orders

As per our [Refund & Cancellation Policy], once an order is paid and processed, it cannot be cancelled.

  • If a delivery is refused by the customer at the doorstep, no refund will be issued.

  • Please ensure someone is available to collect the package at the provided address.

6. Damages & Missing Packages

1 Last Try is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping if the packaging appears tampered with upon arrival.

  • Important: If you receive a package that is visibly damaged or open, do not accept the delivery and take a photo/video as evidence.

  • If the item inside is damaged despite the outer packaging being intact, please contact us at 1lasttry0526@gmail.com within 48 hours with unboxing videos/photos to claim a replacement.

7. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us (RTO) due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping fees to resend the package.
