Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (such as during a sale), shipments may be delayed by a few days. We appreciate your patience.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping: Typically takes 5–7 business days for delivery across India.

Express Shipping: (If available) Typically takes 2–4 business days.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to logistics issues or extreme weather conditions.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes within India.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a complete physical address with a landmark for smooth delivery.
5. Non-Cancellable Nature of Shipped Orders
As per our [Refund & Cancellation Policy], once an order is paid and processed, it cannot be cancelled.

If a delivery is refused by the customer at the doorstep, no refund will be issued.

Please ensure someone is available to collect the package at the provided address.
6. Damages & Missing Packages
1 Last Try is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping if the packaging appears tampered with upon arrival.

Important: If you receive a package that is visibly damaged or open, do not accept the delivery and take a photo/video as evidence.

If the item inside is damaged despite the outer packaging being intact, please contact us at 1lasttry0526@gmail.com within 48 hours with unboxing videos/photos to claim a replacement.
7. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us (RTO) due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping fees to resend the package.
